What the form collects
If you write through the contact form, the following details are sent:

- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the treatment you have in mind, if you select one
- the content of your message
What they are used for
Only to answer you and prepare your appointment. They are never sold, rented, or used for advertising, and they feed no marketing list.
The legal basis for this is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
